Job Description:

Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff

  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards are maintained

  • Assist with training and onboarding new employees

  • Assign duties and prepare work schedules

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Support daily opening and closing procedures

  • Assist management in improving operations and team performance
    Maintain brand standards
    Other duties that apply

Job Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of supervisor experience in a restaurant

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, organized, and customer-focused

  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
