Landscaping Supervisor

The role involves working with the landscape foreman to plan and coordinate tasks for the crews and also help supervise the crew while work is being preformed to ensure efficient and great quality work is completed in a timely manner.
They will be working on landscaping by organizing and supervising for the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs, construction of hardscapes like fences, decks, patios, walkways and retaining walls.
Help the foreman to plan and schedule delivery of materials to site and then work with the crew to install.
Resolve work related problems and prepare and submit progress reports and complete safety documentation.
Assist with employee training and development of skills.
Provide supervision for snow removal services during winter months and complete tasks as required.

Other duties that apply.

Experience as a landscaping supervisor or above for a minimum of 2 years is required or 5 years of landscaping experience would be considered.
Experience with blueprints and landscape designs is an asset
Drivers licence is an asset
Punctual
Able to work long hours, standing, crouching, and lift 50Lbs repeatedly
Willing to work evenings and weekends as well overtime as required
Work as a team or independent to complete tasks
Able to write reports and provide customer service to customers on site
