QUELLE EST L’OPPORTUNITÉ?

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un mécanicien industriel qui se joindra à notre

équipe et travaillera avec notre service de maintenance afin d’effectuer les

entretiens, les réparations et la maintenance des divers équipements de l’usine afin

d’en assurer le bon fonctionnement. Le poste est sous la responsabilité du

Superviseur mécanique.

Statut de l’emploi : Temps plein – Permanent

Emplacement : Port-Daniel-Gascons

Responsabilités

 Inspecter, installer, entretenir et calibrer les instruments mécaniques

industriels et les dispositifs connexes;

 Effectuer les entretiens, les installations et le dépannage des divers

équipements fixes et roulants de la production, ainsi que certains

périphériques;

 Exécuter les ordres de travail en lien avec le plan d’entretien préventif,

prédictif et correctif des installations de l’usine;

 Proposer des solutions lors de bris ou de non-performance d’équipements et

procéder aux essais mécaniques pour identifier les éventuels problèmes;

 Rédiger des rapports avec justesse et colliger les informations dans le

système SAP.

Qualifications

 DEP en mécanique industrielle ou DEC en génie mécanique ou

maintenance industrielle;

 Expérience pertinente en maintenance industrielle;

Compétences

 Facilité à travailler en équipe et bonne capacité de communication;

 Capacité d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de priorisation;

 Faire preuve d’initiative;

 Connaissance et respect des normes de sécurité;

 Connaissance des logiciels de maintenance.

Conditions d’emploi

 Travailler de jour et de nuit sur un horaire 4-5-5-4;

 Hébergement pour les candidats demeurant à l’extérieur d’un rayon de

120km;

 Salaire horaire de 34,36$ à 43,86$ selon l’expérience;

 Prime de nuit de 2,50$ de l’heure;

 Prime du samedi de 11$ de l’heure;

 Prime du dimanche de 14$ de l’heure;

 Congés mobiles (4).

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are looking for an industrial mechanic to join our team and work with our

maintenance department to perform the maintenance, repairs and upkeep of the

various plant equipment to ensure its proper functioning. The position reports to

the Mechanical Supervisor.

Employment Status: Full-time – Permanent

Location: Port-Daniel-Gascons

Responsibilities

 Inspect, install, maintain, and calibrate industrial mechanical instruments and

related devices;

 Perform maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on various fixed and

mobile production equipment, as well as certain peripherals;

 Execute work orders related to the preventive, predictive, and corrective

maintenance plan for the plant's facilities;

 Propose solutions for equipment breakdowns or non-performance and

conduct mechanical tests to identify potential problems;

 Draft reports accurately and collect information in the SAP system.

Qualifications

 Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in industrial mechanics or Diploma of

College Studies (DCS) in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance;

 Relevant experience in industrial maintenance;

Competencies

 Ability to work in a team and good communication skills;

 Analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills;

 Show initiative;

 Knowledge and compliance with safety standards;

 Knowledge of maintenance software.

Terms of Employment

 Work day and night on a 4-5-5-4 schedule;

 Accommodation for candidates residing outside a 120km radius;

 Hourly wage from $34.36 to $43.86 depending on experience;

 Night premium of $2.50 per hour;

 Saturday premium of $11 per hour;

 Sunday premium of $14 per hour;

 Floating holidays (4).
