Roofer

Install, repair or replace shingles, shakes and other roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings

Install sheet metal flashings

Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools

May estimate materials required and quote costs
Preform service repairs on roofs to specifications

Install various type of roofing products on new residential and renovations as required

Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
Be able to plan and organize job tasks assigned

Keep jobsites clean of debris

Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms
Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings

Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements

Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings

Repair roofing systems

Must have 3 or more years experience residential roofing
Able to follow instructions and read blueprints

Punctual and attention to details

Must not be afraid of heights

Willing to wear proper PPE at all times and work in safe manner
Able to lift up to 100 lbs
Willing to work in all weather conditions year round

Able to work overtime when required
