Job Description:
Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Preparing food for service using various cooking methods and techniques
Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and cooked to our high standards
Following instructions from the manager or assistant manager to ensure smooth operations
Keeping the station clean and ensuring that leftover food is properly handled
Maintaining inventory levels and stock appropriately
Ensuring that food is served simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Adhering to nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers

Job Requirements:
Proven cooking experience or desire to learn
Experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook is considered an asset
A basic understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
The ability to execute assigned tasks with accuracy and speed
