Restaurant Manager

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our restaurant and provide ideas to improve
Implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance as well as wage review recommendations
Ensure food health and safety are followed
Control inventory for first in first out
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Ensure that the right food is provided for deliveries
Make orders for ingredients and supplies each week
Negotiate arrangements with clients for business events or receptions food delivery

5 years of restaurant management experience
Able to manage the operations of the restaurant independently

Able to lift 30 lbs repeatedly

Able to follow exact recipes as well as teach others
Quick learner
Able to work standing for long periods
On call, weekends, evenings and shift work required
Able to work quickly and fast paced
Previous pizza making experience is an asset
Drivers licenses is an asset
