Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, identifying business requirements and proposing effective strategies and systems to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
Analyze and map business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Develop functional specifications and assist in translating them into technical requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
Perform data analysis and generate reports to support business decisions.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed changes.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
