🐟 Cut, trim, and portion salmon and other fish products to company specifications.
🔪 Operate knives, hand tools, and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
✅ Inspect raw fish for quality, freshness, and defects before and during processing.
🧼 Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, tools, and equipment throughout the shift.
📦 Prepare product for packing, labeling, and transfer to the next stage of production.
🚦 Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
📋 Record production counts, yields, and waste as required by supervisors.
🤝 Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and schedules.
🎓 Completion of secondary school is preferred.
⏳ Previous experience in fish processing, food processing, or meat cutting is required.
💪 Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks in a cold environment.
👀 Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
🧼 Willingness to follow strict sanitation and food handling procedures.
🤝 Good teamwork and communication skills.
