🪵 Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to produce cabinet parts, components, and millwork to specification.
📏 Read shop drawings, cut lists, and measurements to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
🔩 Assemble cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, and trim pieces with a focus on fit, finish, and durability.
🧼 Sand, drill, edge-band, and prepare materials for finishing or final assembly.
🚦 Follow safe work practices, maintain a clean work area, and use equipment in accordance with shop procedures.
✅ Inspect finished pieces for quality, dimensions, and workmanship before they move to the next stage.
🤝 Work closely with production staff and supervisors to meet daily schedules and project deadlines.
📦 Assist with material handling, staging, and movement of finished cabinet products within the shop.
🛠️ Experience working with cabinetmaking, millwork, or woodworking equipment is preferred.
👀 Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce precise, consistent work.
💪 Ability to lift, move, and handle wood products and materials in a manufacturing environment.
📐 Ability to read basic shop drawings, measurements, and cutting instructions.

🎓 Secondary school graduation or equivalent is preferred.
